Registration discount for ISCB members
Any active member of the International Society for Computational Biology (ISCB) will receive a 20€ discount for the XV Symposium on Bioinformatics. We will cross-check our registration records with the active ISCB member database.*
We encourage participants to join ISCB in order to take advantage of the member discount for this conference and many more.
*Discounts are not stackable.
Late hour registration
Early birds will get a special price until September 15th August 28th, 2025. After that, the regular fee will be applied.
Cancellation and reimbursement policies
In case of cancellation until the 20th of August, the organisation will refund the registration fee minus the handling costs (50€).
If you cancel your registration after the 20th of August, no refunds will be issued unless the failure of attendance is justified by a case of force majeure.
Cancellations can be made by sending a written notice to the JBI2025 Technical Secretariat at jbi2025@cnb.csic.es.
Student Symposium
The Student Symposium is free itself, with preference being given to JBI2025 attendants (students and Early-Career Researchers). Thus, the only needed action is choosing “Yes” in the JBI2025 signup form for the question asking about your assistance to the Student Symposium. You can also choose the “Students Symposium only” option, although we encourage students to take part in both events.
